When you arrive for your session, you’ll be welcomed into a space filled with warmth, compassion, and calm. Here, you can let go of the outside world and embrace a sense of peace.

During your treatment, I will guide you through a deeply relaxing and restorative experience, channeling the gentle flow of Reiki energy alongside the soothing vibrations of sound healing with crystal bowls to harmonise your body, mind, and spirit. Together, we’ll create a moment of healing designed just for you.

Here's a list of good things to know ahead of your first Reiki session

Open Mindset

Approach your session with an open mind and heart, allowing yourself to fully receive the energy.

Comfortable Clothing

Wear loose, comfortable clothing to ensure ease of movement and relaxation during the session.

Hydration

It's advisable to drink plenty of water before and after your session to support the body's natural detoxification process.

Relaxation

During the session, focus on relaxation and letting go of any tension or stress. Trust in the process and allow the energy to flow.

Sensations

Be open to experiencing different sensations during the session, such as colours in your minds eye, warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. These are all normal responses to Reiki energy.

Reflection

Reflect on your experience and any insights or feelings that arise during or after the session. Journaling can be helpful for processing your experience. It will also serve as a great tool for future sessions.
